Session Options: How Therapy Can Look For You

Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all. I offer in-office, virtual, and real-world sessions so we can meet in the way that feels safest, most practical, and most meaningful for you.

In-Office

In-office sessions take place in a comfortable, private office space, providing a safe and focused environment to process emotions, practice skills, and connect in real time. Many clients find the structure of coming to the office helpful for creating a consistent routine and separating therapy from daily life.

Virtual

Virtual sessions allow you to meet with me from the comfort of your own home or another private space. This option can be especially convenient for busy schedules, limited mobility, or distance. Virtual therapy maintains the same level of connection and support as in-person sessions, while offering flexibility and accessibility.

Off-Site

Off-site therapy can be a valuable alternative for clients who benefit from real-world practice or exposure. This may include walk-and-talk sessions, spending time in nature over coffee, or practicing skills in settings like restaurants or stores—particularly helpful for clients working on eating disorder exposures or anxiety-related challenges. Off-site sessions provide opportunities to apply strategies in real-life contexts while still feeling supported and guided.
